Please contact us before ordering if you’d like to have one of our items delivered to you.

We work with professional furniture shipping partners to ensure that our items are handled safely and can be delivered to you as soon as possible.

Please note: the shipping process usually takes up to 4 weeks.

FAQ

Do I have the opportunity to pick up my order myself?

You can easily collect your order from us in 50389 Wesseling, Germany (close to Cologne). We are happy to help you carry the items into your car. Please call or write us in advance when you want to pick up the items so we can arrange an appointment with you.

Do I have to pay German VAT if I live in/outside the EU?

Due to differential taxation (§ 25a of the German VAT Act (UStG)) second-hand goods are subjected to the margin scheme.
Therefore we don’t include VAT in our pricing and it can’t be shown separately on the invoice.

Do I have to pay customs duties if I live outside the EU?

Customs clearance charges (export declaration) are included in the delivery charge for customers outside the EU. However, depending on the customs regulations in your country, you may have to pay import duties. These usually have to be settled before you receive your goods.

What does the shipping service include?

Our standard shipping service is for curbside delivery (to the pavement outside the delivery address). The drivers travel alone and will need your help with unloading the items. Our standard shipping service includes full insurance for all of our items.

Extra services: if you want your furniture to be carried inside, up to your floor or into a room, please mention this in your request before ordering. Please note that this will incur an additional charge.
